The hotel is situated in downtown Vienna and to be reached easily. It doesn't matter if you come by car, by train or by plane.

Car

If you arrive by car please note, that the whole inner city is a short-parking-zone (from Monday to Friday between 9.00 a.m. and 10.00 p.m.). Parking time is 1 1/2 hours against a fee (you need to buy tickets in a newspaper/cigarette shop). We can offer cost-effective garage parking to our guests. Please let uns know on reservation if you need a garage place.

Railway

Guests who arrive at one of the big railway stations (Südbahnhof or Westbahnhof) can use the underground (U1 from Südbahnhof to Schwedenplatz, and U3 from Westbahnhof to Stephansplatz or Stubentor). With much luggage the easiest way to go is to take a taxi.

Aeroplane

If you arrive in the Vienna International Airport, you have the possibility to take a shuttle bus to the City Air Terminal on Morzinplatz. From the bus stop you will reach the Hotel Post in 5 minutes, on foot. You can also take a taxi and fix a flat rate from the Airport to the hotel.

Bicycle

By bicycle we are easily reached on the Donaukanal-bicycle route. The hotel offers free storage for bicycles to our guests.
